About the Role
The project Driver Logistician supports the project by organizing logistical processes and the safe transport of persons and materials. He/she ensures the efficient mobility of the team and contributes to the smooth realization of project activities. The driver / logistician will be based in Lunsar and reports to the Project Manager. The position is only filled locally in Sierra Leone. Contractual conditions of the country will be applied. An expatriation is not intended.

Responsibilities
 Safely transport staff and materials.
 Maintain vehicles and ensure compliance.
 Support logistical arrangements and procurement.
 Submit fuel and maintenance reports.
Qualifications & requirements
 A-level or undergraduate degree with specialized training in logistics, safety, and security. Or at least 10 years of experience in this kind of related work.
 At least 5 years in a similar role, preferably in a development organization.
 Valid national and international driver’s licenses with a clean record.
 Proven driving and logistics experience.
 Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge.
 Familiarity with Sierra Leone’s Road conditions and project areas.
 Strong organizational, communication, and task prioritization skills.
 Ability to anticipate and address security concerns.
 Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information.
 Proficiency in English and MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
 Alignment with CBM and BCSL values.
 Perform other duties as may be assigned to him/her.
