This entry-level associate assists with the day-to-day processes and activities to service the sponsor-donor connection.
Specifically, the sponsor and donor services associate assists the processing of child sponsorship, child survival, youth and
other field program communication resources.


-Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-
like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion, and faithfully upholds Compassion’s ministry in prayer;
-Acts as an advocate for children – raising the awareness of the needs, neglect, nurture, and potential of children in poverty and
challenging and enabling those within one’s influence to greater involvement and effectiveness on behalf of children;
-Assists with coordinating the gathering of communication resources from the church partner;
-Follows production schedules with deadlines and acts on feedback on the quality of information received;
-Supports various field office staff to process marketing or external relations related information;
-Generates, organizes, records, and tracks child, mother-child unit and student information and correspondence documents;
-Helps monitor quality of documents and enters them into the database for dispatching;
-Produces electronic child information by entering child and sponsorship data into database and produces database reports and
maintains computer files. Also reviews, approves or rejects child information received;
-Often provides some general administrative support.


Level S1

-Develops skills to perform basic activities in own job ;
-Understands how the assigned duties integrate with others in the team ;
-Has no supervisory responsibilities;
-Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems; has limited opportunity to exercise discretion ;
-Impacts the accuracy of own work; receives close supervision; duties are clearly defined, and methods and tasks are described
in detail ;
-Uses communication skills and common courtesy.



Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.


Accountable for supporting, upholding, and engaging in Compassion's core "Cultural Behaviors" in all internal and external
communication and relationships.


High School Diploma in communications or marketing is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

Driving license B is required.

Other Relevant certifications such as English Proficiency Certificates etc… would be a plus

Work Experience

Three years’ experience is required beyond the minimum education requirement

Work Environment
:The retained staff can be relocated to any place in the country

Physical Demands: Sitting, standing, and/or walking for up to 8 hours per day

Travel Requirements: No travel required for this role Other
